Shank’s® Large Animal MRI was introduced in 2004 and is designed to support an animal during MRI scanning. It is rated for 2,500 lbs. (1,134 KG). When introduced, this table was the first on the market to provid both large animal support and pneumatic height adjustment. It is fabricated from non-magnetic stainless steel and is completely mobile via casters. The table has a self-contained pneumatic system that requires a customer supplied air source for operation. The table top is 42″ x 84″ (107cm x 213cm).
